This is a VERY belated birthday gift for Lilshock I've been working on since September. Building this pic was quite the adventure, the characters were hand drawn but everything else was constructed in Illustrator (a first for me), and colored in Photoshop. Overall I'm pretty happy with the outcome, and may do some more of the "cel" style shading in the future. There were a few other things I wanted to do with reflections and such, as some of them aren't quite correct, but this was eating so much time those few little details would probably have gone unnoticed. And no, Shadow's not going to do him dry…he's just being a bastard and taunting>;) Look for a near duplicate of this picture in the next few days with Espio being a little shy about the whole situation… (For anyone commenting, could you let me know if this appears too dark on your screens, as I'm using a new iMac to color on and I think it's a bit bright. Thanks!)
