Honestly, I don't know what came over me to draw him but? I did and I really enjoyed it!
Tho, is it just me or is it the fact that Shadow doesn't look anything similar to his father nor his race besides the colors? I don't know, just seems off and kinda lazy in my opinion. So, as usual I took it in my own hands and BOOM! Here he is uvu

I mean, I also have other factors too but too lazy and personal to explain. Now, i'm unsure which headcanon to go with? I like both ideas, either; He was born like this, coming of age/grew into it, or could be some rad new form? idk. I also changed his quills, I have a annoying difficult time with his quills in general, so I cheated! I did a lil cute tuffs facing upwards to look like his original quills and horns so yea. Oh! made his fur a lil more diluted dark purple, since his pops looked purple-ish too me. Oh and yes, he has small claws cuz its hella cute and fitting.
I made his shoes look more like boots but still want to homage the original look, I hope I pulled it off. Personality? Still pretty much the same, but I like the idea that he became a lazy fuck, 24/7 "it's my vacation week" hedgehog later in life! But that's just me, he needs to chill more c:

Now now, some may say I hate him—I don't but I like playing around and have a little spin on things. Don't mind doing Knux next..
