Anyway, After hearing about these 90's Sonic Arcade/Kiddy Rides in Japan, I thought I could redesign one of them. This one is based off the arcade game: Waku Waku Sonic Patrol Car (1991). There are alot of changes that I'd done. The only thing that wasn't majorly changed was the hat on his head. ;
