This is Prey! Tails from a verse/timeline affected by the stories of Prey/Fight or Flight taking place. He's (as far as he knows) the sole survivor from that world, and losing all of his friends and dreams has turned the fox into a wary and hardened individual.
Due to the timeloop shenanigans, he's also older than Tails of the main timeline (Prey is ~15-16) so while I don't have an exact height, he's definitely a fair bit taller!
