Heeeeere's Ray! Ray is one of the few well-adjusted characters in this AU despite everything. He's basically the Kel. He managed to heal from the grief and horror over the years and helped his big bro, Mighty, do the same since he was doing way worse. Mighty and Ray were close friends with the Sonic squad due to Mighty knowing Sonic in his childhood and dating Knuckles. Ray was the closest with Tails due to their shared interest in flying/planes and adventure. He even used to have a crush on her as a child but quickly dropped it when he learned she only liked girls. Despite that, he's still a good friend of Tails years later and often calls to check up on her. However, Ray isn't immune to feeling despondent or heartbroken over the loss of his friends sometimes. He just doesn't let it get to him.
