Following the request here, this mod changes all of Tails' sprites so that he now has blue shoes!
If you have the mod pack Character Edits Plus installed, then you will find that there is already a blue shoe Tails mod there. This mod is an edited version of that so that it works with the vanilla sprites & colour palette for everyone who doesn't have the pack installed to enjoy. If you have the pack installed, don't bother downloading this.
This mod is also compatible with the Emerald Circle Animations mod, just place this under that mod in the mod loader!
